I have a close friend from college named Laura who just happens to make the most adorable Converse® shoes that you've ever seen. Really. These shoes are so crazy cute that even my husband commented on how much he liked the pairs she made for Kenna and Michal.
Laura starts with a pair of Converse® shoes and then draws zen-like designs ALL over them. Each pair of hand-decorated shoes is literally covered with beautiful, intricate designs.
They really are adorable. And unique. And truly one-of-a-kind.
And these just aren't shoes. They're shoes for a reason. Laura, and her husband Ric, have a darling little boy named Elliott. Elliott has autism and Laura is making and selling shoes to pay for a yellow lab, named Orbit -- he's pictured above -- who is being specially trained for a year to be a service dog for Elliott.
And now you, or a special little girl in your life, can also have a pair of these shoes. Laura will create a custom pair of these darling Zen-verse shoes for three of you! Not one, not two, but THREE different winners will be able to select the size and color of one pair of Zen-verse that Laura will create just for you.
To enter, go visit the Will Work for Dog website and then come back and tell me what color shoes you would choose.
• Deadline to enter is December 6 at 12:00 midnight Central Time. This giveaway is now closed. Congratulations Cindy M.! Congratulations Deborah! Congratulations Mandi!
• And remember you can get a second entry by grabbing the button to the right and posting it on your blog. Please then leave a second comment letting me know you did that.
• The winner will be posted on December 7.
