That was my question recently to Allyson of Allyson Hill who makes what she calls, "Modern Accessories for Your Automobile."

I call what she makes a surprisingly-cute trash bag that hangs in my car and makes me feel like there is hope for containing, umm hiding, the endless bits and pieces of stuff that used to end up in my car's cupholder.
Her trash bags feature a fully-adjustable strap so you can you choose the strap placement (side or center) and tighten the strap exactly how you want it. That means it will fit on your gear shift or on the back of a seat. Plus, there's a hidden lining which allows you to conceal a plastic bag that you simply remove and replace when it's full. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, the trash bags come in fun fabric choices to personalize your car!

Allyson is going to give one of you a trash bag in the fabric of your choosing. And I promise that you too will be asking if it's wrong to love a trash bag. (The answer, by the way, is definitely "no.")
To enter this giveaway simply go to the Allyson Hill etsy store and look at all the fun fabric choices and then come back and tell me what you'd pick if you won.
This giveaway will be open until 12:00 midnight on December 10.
You may see all of the giveaways by clicking on the "12 Days of Christmas" label at the bottom of this post.

Fabulous idea! I love the "Rocket Pals" vintage looking fabric! This would also be great to store little toys (Happy Meal toys, etc.) and pacifiers! :) Your "favorites" are so wonderful, Kristi!

Green Wallflowers is the one I would choose if I won. I can think of many things I could use those for. It would be great for holding crayons and a coloring book for those long trips to grandmas. These are GREAT!
ReplyDeleteKim
I love the Mocca Garden car trash bag. This would be by far the most useful of all the little extras ever, except for the child and the booster seat in my car.
ReplyDeleteNana to two Chinese Blessings.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this idea! If I won this I would choose the mocca garden fabric and I would hang it on my gear shift. If I don't win this, I will probably go buy one. But, I LOVE this idea and could definitely use one of these! Awesome idea! :)
ReplyDelete-Elizabeth

ReplyDeleteNow this is hard to choose. White Mocca I suppose to go with my white car with gray interior but Yui Kokeshi is perfect for obvious reasons. The name sounds Japanese but I have been told the dolls are Chinese and the hat looks Chinese. Anyway, another great etsy find Kristi. Thanks.

ReplyDeleteI bought one for my sister-in-law last year for Christmas and I was so jealous of it! I'm a sucker for red polka dots. : )

ReplyDeletethese are one of the most precious things i've seen. i love them. what makes them great is they don't add clutter to your car like some trash bags do. they are just neat and cute. if i had to really really choose one, it would be "fresh poppies", but there isn't a single one that wouldn't look good. what a great idea!
