To be fair and completely unbiased, I used this site to randomly choose a number between 1 and 74. I liked this site because it uses the mt_rand PHP function to do the actual number generation, which sounds very official and important even though I have absolutely no idea what it means.

So the mt_rand PHP function chose number 40.

I then started with the very first comment/question left and counted until I reached the 40th person who left a comment/question.
